Experience
We design and build data centers. That’s all we do. Our core group has been together since the late 1970’s and our staff averages 15 years experience. We’ve seen it all. We’ve tracked the growth of the Uptime Institute, AFCOM, ASHRAE Technical Committee 9.9, the Green Grid and other. Our in-house experience gives us good insight into what works and what just looks good on paper. In regards to data center site infra-structure problems, we don’t have to call for help.
Our tightly integrated design/build process has earned us a reputation – when the project is tough, “it’s a Hypertect job”.
Integration
Our collective experience has taught us an important lesson in the data center industry - the devil is in the details. Our business model is an integrated model. We don’t just specialize in data center design or data center construction, but rather in both. This allows the two ends of the process to inform each other with construction expertise influencing design decisions and construction process decisions being guided with design insight. We pride ourselves on being able to properly deploy any of the available products on the market correctly, the first time.

Cost Effectiveness
Our core competency is to work with clients to identify their needs, establish prioritized lists of solutions with real-world budgetary costs, and offer fixed-price proposals to fix the problem. Our process is “lean-and-mean” and we leverage our experience and expertise against the risk that is inherent with work in the data center. In a word – once we set a budget to fix a particular problem, we get it done for that amount – guaranteed.
Put bluntly, nobody can provide what we provide for the same price.
